  2. All our services are available online. We do not provide in-person services. Please review the Use of Technology Information and Consent.
  3. The first step is always to complete an intake form. You can find the appropriate form here. Please do not email confidential information. 
    Note: we do not return intake forms.
  4. We will contact you and the other party to book your intake meetings once we have both intake forms. You will be sent an invoice to confirm your booking. We accept online payments only.
  5. Parenting Coordination services are provided only by way of deposit in advance. We will charge an hourly rate against this deposit and request new deposits from time to time. We will advise on the amount of deposit and refresher after the intake meetings.
  6. Each process begins with an individual intake meeting. Each person will be asked to pay a flat rate in advance for their intake meeting. All of our Fees are listed here.
